About Us

LQ Training Center is a professional educational institution based in Saskatchewan, Canada. We specialize in K12 tutoring, language training, and academic preparation for both local and international students. Our programs include ELLII English, Reading Explorer, Great Writing, and exam preparation for CELPIP, CAEL, and Waterloo Math contests. We are expanding our marketing team to enhance our social media presence and optimize advertising performance across platforms.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is experienced in Chinese and Western social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user persona analysis, targeted ad placement, and data-driven content strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and manage social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Rednote, Douyin, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Conduct user profile and behavior analysis to identify target audiences and develop precise audience segmentation.

Perform ad traffic and conversion analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize return on investment (ROI).

Create and adapt content strategies suitable for both Chinese and Canadian markets.

Collaborate with the design and academic teams to align messaging with brand goals.

Monitor key performance metrics, prepare analytical reports, and provide actionable insights.

Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and advertising technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to education or cross-cultural industries.


Strong skills in data analysis and performance optimization using tools like Google Analy
