Classification/Job title:   Temporary Part-Time Maintenance Worker                                  
Location:  Unity & Kerrobert, SK      
Site: Supporting all Unity/Kerrobert Sites
                  
Category: Temporary Part-Time position of 15-20 hours/week. This is a temporary position which will end with a minimum of 2-weeks notice.

Current Schedule Includes: Schedule to be determined based on the needs of the agency sites in Unity and Kerrobert.

Start date: As soon as possible     Reports to: Operations Manager    

Nature of duties:

1. Perform maintenance & safety status checks at Unity & Kerrobert sites weekly
2. Complete repair tasks as reported
3. Report any problems or needed repairs to the Operations Manager
4. Take training as needed
5. Move and set up furniture and equipment
6. Maintain lawns/perform snow removal using agency equipment
7. Other duties may be assigned.

Required qualifications:

1. Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Drivers license and vehicle
2. Must provide a Criminal Record Check prior to employment
3. Be available to respond to emergency needs as required
4. Some minor IT experience would be an asset
