We're seeking a Facility and Plant Manager to lead operations at our flax straw processing facility. You'll oversee safety, maintenance, and production, ensuring the plant runs efficiently, sustainably, and safely. You're a people-first leader who motivates your team, builds trust, and creates a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities:
-Lead all plant functions including production, maintenance, safety, and quality.
-Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
-Optimize processes and equipment performance.
-Manage staffing, training, and development for employees.
-Prepare and manage budgets, maintenance plans, and reports.
-Collaborate with leadership to meet performance goals.

Qualifications:
7 - 10 years of manufacturing or facility management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge of heavy equipment, and a passion for innovation.
