Qualifications
Have two years experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking.
Ability to prepare varying quantities of set recipes by converting common measurements and equivalents using addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
Ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g. patterns of numbers, letters, words, mathematical operations.
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
Maintain Food Handlers permit as required by state or provincial regulations.
Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
