About the Role:
Construction project manager oversees all phases of a construction project, from start to finish, to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This involves detailed planning, scheduling, and risk management, as well as coordinating with stakeholders like clients, engineers, and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include managing the budget, managing manpower, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and providing regular progress reports.  

Education and Experience:
Candidates must possess a combination of education, with preference given to those holding an engineering background. This educational foundation is essential for understanding the technical aspects of the role. Applicants should have experience working on mining or agriculture sites, as familiarity with these environments is considered advantageous.
