 
              Moosomin Housing Authority is looking for a Building Services Worker to join the Maintenance team for a six-month term, with possible extension.    If you are skilled in property maintenance, take pride in your work, are available to work 40 hours a week and participate in a standby system, wed like to hear from you! 
This is a term position to start as soon as possible and for a term of approximately six months.
What you will do:
-    Building maintenance  service & repair.
-    Vacancy preparation.
-    Grounds maintenance.
-    Maintain housing authority equipment and inventory.
What we are looking for:
-    Experience in repairing building mechanical equipment,
  -    General knowledge of carpentry, boilers, plumbing, heating,
        electrical, mechanical & painting.
-    Effective communicator with tenants, housing authority staff, 
        contractors and suppliers. 
-    Adherence to Federal and Provincial OH&S Act and Regulations.
-    An independent, task oriented, self-starter.
What you will need:
-    Valid drivers license and reliable truck.
-    Ability to use hand tools.
-    Recognition of and respect for peoples diversity and 
        individual differences. 
-    Successfully complete a criminal background check.
Start Date:   As soon as possible for a term of approximately six months.
