Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you can showcase your exceptional customer service skills and passion for the arts? We are seeking a motivated Lead Box Office Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As the Box Office Lead, you will report directly to the Theatre Services Manager and play a vital role in representing our Centre as a customer service lead. Your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly, efficient, and expedient ticket sales services, ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons. You will also assist with ticket set-ups and sales coordination.

Hours of Work:
This position requires daytime availability (9:30 a.m.5:00 p.m.), with some evenings and weekends. Hours increase during our busy seasons (SeptemberDecember and MarchJune) and may border on full-time during these periods.

Job Knowledge:
To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of show setups, pricing structures, and Centre policies. Your ability to use advanced computer functions and troubleshoot technical issues will be key to smooth operations. As a natural leader, you will train and guide Box Office staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Communication Skills:
You will interact daily with Centre clients, patrons, and internal teams. Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy are essential in resolving challenges and providing exceptional service. You will also mentor Box Office staff and help foster a positive, customer-focused environment.

Problem Solving:
Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and sound judgment under pressure. Youll identify key issues, use available resources effectively, and maintain professionalism when working with patrons and promoters alike.
