SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team. The TransGas Customer Services Coordinator is responsible for reporting metrics, investigations, research, and analysis, and providing support and resolution to end users of TransGas Business System and other applications. This includes providing solutions and expertise to internal stakeholders and handling escalated calls from customers, data integrity, application maintenance and support, risk management and continuous improvement. This position leads the development of processes and enhancements to leverage efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of TransGas customer management.
