Description

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in computer networking, system maintenance, and the integration of smart technology. As a Network Support Analyst, you will maintain and optimize network infrastructure, manage digital systems and cloud platforms, and support IoT and automation integration for smart-yard and outdoor projects. This role bridges IT operations with field applications, ensuring reliable network performance and seamless communication between office and on-site systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design outdoor wireless network topologies for smart fence and yard automation projects.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, VPN connections, and connectivity systems.
Manage and support the companys website, cloud CRM, and project tools.
Maintain and optimize Office Automation (OA) and internal data-sharing systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, servers, and wireless access points.
Integrate IoT systems including Wi-Fi routers, cameras, sensors, and smart lighting.
Conduct signal testing, diagnostics, and network performance analysis.
Document configurations, access credentials, and maintenance logs.
Implement cybersecurity, backup, and data recovery procedures.
Collaborate with management and field teams to improve workflow and efficiency.
Research and recommend upgrades to enhance automation and reliability.

Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or certification in Computer Networking, IT, or related field.
Experience in network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with WordPress, cloud platforms, and configuration tools.
Knowledge of IoT devices, Wi-Fi systems, and monitoring utilities.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is an asset.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites.
