Repair Process Guru: Guide customers through CARSTARs repair processes, insurance claims, payments, and delivery dates with clarity.
Customer Satisfaction Advocate: Champion our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) & Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to boost customer loyalty.
Master of Schedules: Help keep everything on track by maintaining and updating our store scheduler, making sure every appointment runs like clockwork.
Payment Processor Extraordinaire: Help our customers pay for completed repairs and assist with accounts receivable.
Documentation Dynamo: Ensure all paperwork is filed correctly for smooth and efficient record-keeping.
Warranty Whisperer: Explain CARSTARs unbeatable warranty options, including our 5-year and lifetime warranties.
Follow-Up Rockstar: Dont let an estimate go cold follow up with potential customers and turn quotes into sales.
Team Player & Office Superstar: Help maintain a clean and welcoming office environment and actively participate in team meetings.
