Description

CARSTAR is looking for an experienced and organized Parts Manager to join our growing collision repair team.

Youwill play a key role in keeping our repair process running smoothly by managing parts orders, inventory, and coordination with our technicians and estimators.

If you'rere detail-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in the auto body industry  we wouldd love to meet you!

What You will Do

Order, receive, inspect, and organize all parts for vehicle repairs.
Ensure parts are accurately documented and tracked in CARSTARs management system.
Work closely with Production Manager, estimators and technicians to ensure the right parts are available when needed.
Handle parts returns and credits efficiently, maintaining a return rate below 20%.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe parts area.
Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Attend daily production meetings and assist with other shop needs as required.
What You Bring

5 years of experience handling parts in an auto body collision/automotive environment/car dealership.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Computer proficiency for managing parts and repair orders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license.
High school diploma required; vocational or I-CAR/ASE training preferred.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, standing, and walking.
Comfortable working around automotive chemicals, fumes, and varying temperatures.
