THE OPPORTUNITY AWAITS YOU
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to manage job postings, prescreen applicants, coordinate interviews, facilitate onboarding activities, and maintain accurate documentation. You will also support the HR team by coordinating a variety of programs and performing administrative functions to ensure efficient HR operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Create and manage job postings across various platforms.
2. Pre-screen candidates and administer pre-employment assessments.
3. Coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams and participate in interviews.
4. Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
5. Support onboarding activities including documentation and delivering orientation sessions.
6. Maintain personnel files in HRIS and physical files.
7. Coordinate internal and external training for employees as required.
8. Provide administrative support for a variety of HR programs and initiatives.

WHAT IT TAKES
Apply today if you meet the following requirements:
1. Post-secondary education in Human Resources and/or Business Administration.
2. 12 years of experience in Human Resources functions, recruitment coordination is preferred.
3. Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
6. High level of discretion and professionalism.
7. Must be able to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check for the duration of employment.
