Linn Millwork is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead production in our commercial millwork shop. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, proven leadership ability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

We produce high-quality architectural and commercial millwork for offices, retail, hospitality, and institutional projectsbuilt to AWMAC standards with precision and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
-Lead and coordinate daily shop operations
-Supervise, train, and support cabinetmakers, assemblers, and finishers
-Review and interpret shop drawings; assign and monitor work
-Plan and organize production in advance for efficiency
-Maintain quality, safety, and organization in the shop
-Manage materials, tooling, and equipment
-Provide hands-on production support as needed
-Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
-Foster a positive and collaborative work culture
Qualifications
-5+ years in commercial millwork or cabinetry manufacturing
-Leadership or supervisory experience in a shop setting
-Skilled with CNC, beam saws, edge banders, and modern tools
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
-Strong understanding of joinery, assembly, and finishing
-Ability to plan ahead and work well under pressure
