Key Responsibilities
Over see all campground operations, including guest services, maintenance ( including pools/hot tubs) and safety protocols
Manage reservations, check-ins,and check-outs using reservation system
Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
Maintain facilities,grounds, and amenities to the highest standards(including but not limited to moving0the grounds and the 9 hole golf course, weed shipping, spraying
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge is an asset
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and proffessionally
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for repairs, stocking and improvements
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

assist in marketing, promotions, and event planning to attract more visitors
