Job Description: The Assessor Coordinator Degree Senior works as a member and the team lead of a multi-disciplinary team. The incumbent will provide clinical supervision and team leadership to interdisciplinary regulated and unregulated team members. The incumbent will be responsible for assessment, provisional diagnosis, treatment, case management, crisis intervention, clinical consultation, education and referral services for clients and their families as appropriate, representing the three streams of service delivery: addiction, mental health and concurrent addiction and mental health issues. The Assessor Coordinator Degree Senior as team lead will participate in addiction and mental health prevention and promotion activities and contribution to the establishment and maintenance of addiction and mental health resources in the community along with reduction of stigma. The incumbent will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to provide a continuum of recovery oriented services to clients accessing community Addiction and Mental Health services.
