Canada Golden Foods Ltd. is a growing food manufacturing and trading company that specializes in premium edible oils and healthy food products. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to oversee our office operations and support the management team in ensuring efficient workflow and compliance across departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
        Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
        Organize, file, and maintain company documents, contracts, invoices, and reports.
        Set work priorities, assign tasks to support staff, and ensure deadlines and procedures are followed.
        Plan and coordinate office services such as equipment, supplies, maintenance, and security.
        Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events; prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
        Handle inquiries from clients, suppliers, and staff via phone, email, or in person.
        Support budgeting, contracting, and project management tasks.
        Compile and analyze administrative data to prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
        Liaise with government agencies, service providers, and business partners regarding permits, licenses, and compliance.
        Help develop and improve administrative procedures to enhance overall office efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
        Completion of a college diploma or university degree.
        Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or management.
        Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
        Experience with budgeting or contract coordination is an asset.
        Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
        Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
