National Franchise Property Restoration Company is expanding and looking for energetic and self-motivated employees to join our team.
PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initial customer contact within 30 minutes of and first customer visit within 24 hours.
Dispatch emergency crews.
Establish scope and standards of construction.
Estimate equipment, manpower, cost and materials required using industry approved software (ie Xactimate).
Establishment of job priority based on general guidelines.
Inspects buildings to determine work needed to maintain buildings to code and desired
standards.
Ensure all company protocol is followed.
Working with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured.
Work in compliance with Health and Safety Policies.
Superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses and families
Managing and directing restoration staff in a supportive team environment during: remediation efforts, cleaning & packing, rebuilding and project completion
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Able to interact, and effectively communicate in English (written and oral)
Proficiency in the use of common computer software packages
Xactimate knowledge an asset
Knowledge of building construction, materials and methods and codes
Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction
Problem solving and priority management skills
Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in the restoration industry
First Aid/CPR Certification
Valid drivers license
Clean criminal record
Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement.
