We are looking for a person with strong leadership skills and the ability to set a high standard for his or her staff. This position will compromise of taking care of day to day operations, ordering and inventory controls and ensuring a high standard of food quality is met. This position will require a person who has worked in varying positions within the restaurant and someone who is looking to further his or her professional development.
