- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Prepare and cook Mary Browns signature menu items according to company standards
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staf
