Description

The Hockey Weyburn Ice scheduler is responsible for scheduling ice (games/practices/development) for the Whitecap Resource Centre and Tom Zandee Sports Arena ice surfaces.  The Scheduler liaises with the City of Weyburn and utilizes its programming software in order to coordinate the ice allocation provided to Hockey Weyburn Inc.
The Scheduler is expected to make themselves available via email, telephone and text messaging in order to accommodate short notice cancellations or changes that may arise from time to time, but this position allows the incumbent to work from home.
