Ashleigh and her team are guided by the principles of GENTLE TEACHING and processes of Supported Decision Making and we're looking for someone special.

Ashleigh is an adult growing in self-esteem, independence and presents herself in a way that engenders respect. She is a sweet and spunky spirit who has a team who loves her and wants only the best for her development and her future.

This is a paid live-in position.  Room and board as well as grocery allowance is included. Your role will be to support Ashleigh evenings, overnight and morning, Sunday evening through Friday Morning- with day hours and weekends off.  Monday to Friday Ashleigh has a day program for 8 hours of the day.  This is the perfect arrangement for a student looking for a unique opportunity for experience in personal care.

Ashleigh needs support with meal preparation, morning and general daily routines as well as maintaining the household.  Ashleigh's team will provide you with all of the details and training.  you will have a significant role in supporting Ashleigh's development, her communication and interactions socially and with the team.
