For over 35 years Souls Harbour Rescue Mission has been offering help and hope to men, women, and children in Saskatchewan and beyond.  As a member of our donor relations team, you will have an active role in all the touch points with our donors; fundraising events, donor relations, and awareness.

You will have the necessary experience in fundraising, event planning, and communication (written and public speaking), as the position requires an ongoing public interaction with donors, businesses, and partners.  You will have an understanding of computers and related software; specifically Raisers Edge NXT, WordPress, Canva, and Google Workspace.  You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to  relate to other staff, volunteers, agency representatives, clients and the general public. You will have additional skills in photography, videography, desktop publishing and graphic design, as well as proficiency in social media. You will be self-motivated and committed to workplace participation and diversity with the ability to work as a team member.   A diploma or degree in a fundraising/marketing related field would be beneficial.

-The Donor Relations Representative will assist with various fundraising events throughout the year.
-The Donor Relations Representative will take an active roll in our Donor Stewardship Program.  Cultivating new donors, and reacquiring lapsed donors.  Including making phone calls, sending letters and emails soliciting donations for various events at the Mission and following up with thank-yous. Utilizing Raiser's Edge NXT to track donor stewardship.
-The Donor Relations Representative will assist with the Mission's website and Social Media accounts.
-The Donor Relations Representative will be a part of the team  representing the Mission at various events in the community.
-The Donor Relations Representative will assist with developing various promotional materials for the Mission.
