CUSTOMER SERVICE/ BILLING CLERK

LOCATION:  SASKATOON, SK

Responsibilities:
    Answering phones, dealing with customer requests
    Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
    Dealing with emails in a timely manner
    Data entry
    Scheduling appointments for deliveries
    Booking pick-up requests
    Produce probills for freight
    Data entry and coding of probills
    Fax and scan paperwork as required
    Assist with call taking as required for dispatch

Qualifications:
    SHIFTS ARE SUNDAY- 2PM-DONE; MONDAY-THURSDAY 1OM-10PM (W/ 1hr lunch break)
    Must be able to work as a team
    Truck Mate experience an asset but not required
    Computer knowledge and email is a must
    Good work attitude and willing to learn
    Good customer service skills
