Smart Construction Inc. is a Saskatoon based contractor who is active in residential and commercial property maintenance, repairs and construction. The company has recently secured the property management for 100 residential houses.
Smart Construction is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Renovation Manager to join our team. As a Renovation Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects from start to finish, and reporting to the general manager.

Key Responsibilities:
    Manage all project phases, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
    Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed efficiently.
    Maintain regular communication with clients, providing project updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    Secure necessary permits and licenses from local authorities.
    Manage project risks and resolve issues effectively to keep projects on track.

Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience in the home construction or renovation industry, with a focus on management.
Strong knowledge of building plans, specifications, and materials.
Excellent time-management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage and supervise personnel and subcontractors effectively.
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
