Golf Kenosee, located in the heart of Moose Mountain Provincial Park, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations for our newly renovated Club 19 Restaurant & Bar  plus our concession and drink cart services.
Known for its beautiful views, friendly atmosphere, and quality food, Golf Kenosee offers a unique opportunity to manage a popular seasonal restaurant at a top destination course.
What Youll Do
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, concession, and drink cart.
Manage and schedule front- and back-of-house teams.
Supervise kitchen operations, food prep, and service standards.
Handle budgeting, cost control, inventory, and purchasing.
Develop menus and plan specials to drive sales and profitability.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are met.
Recruit, train, and lead restaurant and kitchen staff.
Coordinate special events and promotions with club management.
Provide an exceptional experience for members and guests.
What You Bring
35 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role (Manager, Sous Chef, or Food & Beverage Manager).
Diploma or Certificate in Hotel & Restaurant Management, or Red Seal certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).
Passion for great food, hospitality, and teamwork.
