AgriLink Equipment is searching for a self driven leader to join our team as a Sales Representative.
AgriLink Equipment is an agriculture equipment dealer servicing Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Versatile, Morris, and MacDon product lines. As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for providing equipment solutions to producers vital in running their operations, identifying new markets and opportunities for the sales of new and used agricultural equipment. You will ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, customer friendly and demonstrates strong leadership skills.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and close new opportunities while servicing and growing existing accounts
Manage sales leads through client interactions in person, over the phone, internet and email
Have significant insight and understanding of the market in your area
Maintain sound long-term relationships with customers, internal departments and staff
Resolve customer product concerns and warranty or goodwill issues
Investigate loss of sales and/or customer accounts as needed
Maintain awareness of all the dealerships inventory listings, advertisements and promotions of equipment, parts or services
Complete credit applications for customers requesting financing
Maintain accurate records using in-house business system and be able to confirm accuracy of machine and attachment descriptions and pricing on invoices.
Travel as required
Skills & Qualifications
Good understanding of the Agriculture industry, familiarity with Agricultural equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude
Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Strong negotiation skills
Plan and facilitate strategic sales calls
