The Income Support Administrator is supervised by chief financial Office. Will be responsible to provide direct client services and processing client benefits. Qualifications post-secondary certificate in social work field minimum of 2 years experience. Knowledge and experience with case management with strong document management skills. Knowledge of ASAP program and provincial income assist policies. Will need to do client intake interviews, assessing and determining eligibility for benefits. Time management to attend to client request efficiently. Creating pay lists. Provide individual counselling, support, and referrals to internal and external programs. As per our policy, preference will be given to qualified Indigenous people.
