Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the worlds largest high-grade uranium mill. The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Position and Responsibilities
-Perform predictive and preventative maintenance checks on a regular basis to ensure safe and reliable production.
-Complete repairs and overhauls on equipment, hydraulic systems, pumps and piping as required.
-Troubleshoot equipment failures and document repairs.
Requirements of the position:
-Grade 12 or equivalent
-Valid Saskatchewan or inter-provincial journeyperson industrial mechanic ticket
-Three to five years of industrial experience
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Team player with good communication skills
-Excellent safety record
-Work a rotation schedule, including night shift and commute to site by aircraft
Assets:
-Previous mill maintenance experience
-Familiarity with SAP
