Program Coordinator Softball Saskatchewan

Softball Saskatchewan is seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to lead athlete and coach development from grassroots to high performance. Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time role oversees the planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs across the province.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage athlete programs including Learn to Play, skills clinics, and U9 Festival.
Coordinate NCCP and Respect in Sport training, coaching symposiums, and Learning Facilitator development.
Support the Canada Games, Saskatchewan Summer Games, and U13 District Showcase programs including scheduling, registration, communication, and budgeting.
Serve as liaison for the Athlete Era mobile app and verify coach certifications.
Prepare reports, evaluate programs, and support committees and meetings.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Sport/Recreation Management or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in the not-for-profit sport sector preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of softball is an asset.
Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel within Saskatchewan.
Details:
Full-time, permanent position in Regina. Starting salary $53,000 with benefits and RRSP plan.
