Job duties:
    Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.  
    Prepare take-out food for packaging.  
    Fill bus pans and trays.  
    Use dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.  
    Store dishes in the designated storage area.  
    Manually clean and sanitize dishes and other items.  
     Measure and wrap food portions.
    Sweep, mop, wash, and shine floors
    Cook, heat, and finalize simple food preparations.  
    Stock refrigerators and salad bars.  
    Take orders from customers.  
    Accept, unpack, and neatly store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cabinets, and other storage spaces.  
    Dispose of kitchen waste and trash.
    Deliver sanitized dishes, utensils, and various items to serving stations and arrange tables.
