Description

The WASCO PIPE PROTECTION CORPORATION is a leading provider of pipe coating solutions for the oil and gas industry. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our dedicated team and contribute to our operational excellence. You will be on the front line, leading a team to execute daily production schedules and be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our pipe coating operations, from surface preparation to final inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
Assign and monitor daily tasks to production operators to ensure the plant operates at optimal levels and in accordance with required safety, quality, and production targets
Oversee all production processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet established targets.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all coated pipes comply with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer specifications.
Champion a strong safety culture by conducting toolbox talks, enforcing all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols
Address and resolve equipment issues, production disruptions, and process irregularities
Prepare and submit accurate production reports

Qualifications
Minimum of 35 years of supervisory experience, coupled with 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with specific experience in pipe coating preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial coating operations, including surface preparation, application techniques and curing methods.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team in a demanding industrial setting.
Excellent communication skills for relaying information clearly and effectively.
Results-driven with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
