Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Food Services Cook/Clerk at our TJs/ Chester-Fried Chicken in our C-Store/Gas Bar location in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the TJs/ Chesters Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain accurately to guests.
Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner, pack food for takeout.
Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
Check and monitor product in food preparation area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift.
Use Point of Sale system (POS) to record orders, compute the amount of bill and make change.
Use a variety of manual, electric and other appliances, and food preparation tools/equipment.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies and procedures.
Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
