Rooted Connections Inc. is seeking two compassionate and experienced Contract Counsellors to join our client-centered, trauma-informed practice in Regina, Saskatchewan.

We believe in connection, authenticity, and evidence based care that supports individuals and families in their healing journeys. Our welcoming and professional space includes a dedicated therapeutic play therapy room, perfect for clinicians who enjoy working with children.
This is a part-time contract position (not an employee role) with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow your independent practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional counselling services for children, youth, adults and couples
- Utilize the play therapy room for children
- Conduct client intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Demonstrate cultural humility, trauma-informed practice, and ethical decision-making.
- Maintain your own liability insurance and professional registration in good standing.

Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor of Social Work or Masters Degree in Social Work
- Registration: Must be registered and in good standing with your professional regulatory body in Saskatchewan (e.g., SASW).
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of supervised counselling experience is required.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families

Contract Details
- Type: Independent Contractor: Rate $80 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time with flexible hours (daytime, evenings, or weekends available)
- Term: 12-month renewable contract
