SIEL Human Solutions on behalf of our client is looking to hire a Full Time Executive Assistant to support the COO/President of a world class metal fabrication and machining facility located in Regina, SK.
If you have 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, youre highly organized, proactive, have strong communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the COO/President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations and transportation.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled (venues, agendas, materials, technology).
Skills and Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
Diploma or Degree in a related field or equivalent experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
