Brandt Developments Ltd. is looking for a bilingual Facilities Dispatcher for our Regina, SK location. This position is responsible for dispatching internal facilities staff and third-party vendors to conduct repairs, perform maintenance and provide new equipment installations. Primarily responsible for customer support by responding to building or property related requests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures jobs are completed on scope and on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Utilize active listening skills to assess the urgency of requests that come in and respond accordingly.
-Manage workorders for your assigned region working closely with the Facility Manager assigned.
-Create and issue purchase orders, communicate between tenants and vendors as jobs progress.
-Maintain a strong focus on problem-solving, organization and preventative and regulatory building maintenance schedules.
-Contribute to and follow standard operating procedures and business processes.
Required Experience:
-Minimum of high school diploma is required; preference is given to those who have successfully completed a post-secondary administrative or office education program.
-3-5 years experience in a field related to real estate, property management/maintenance, or dispatching preferred.
-Certification or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades preferred
-Bilingualism (French, English oral and written)

-Must have excellent communication skills and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
-Demonstrated ability to compose service notifications and other correspondence using strong business writing skills and verbal communication skills.
