Job Description: Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Facility Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a high standard of care and service is provided to clients at Balcarres Integrated Care Centre. Balcarres Integrated Care Centre is comprised of 47 beds in Long Term Care, a Primary Care Clinic and an outpatient services department. As an experienced practitioner, the Facility Care Coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of client care, and support and teaching to the client care teams (including clients and their families) within a collaborative environment. Critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable

- Balcarres is located approximately 85 km northeast of Regina
