The Manager, Marketing & Communications is a strategic, results-driven individual who leads an in-house creative and digital team in the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that support our revenue generation and drive growth. This key leadership role reports to the Senior Director, Operations, and will be responsible for shaping the company's brand positioning with a focus on revenue generation, developing and overseeing marketing planning processes, and identifying market opportunities to enhance our competitive advantage across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and leadership experience to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver measurable impact.
The successful candidate must have:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- Minimum 57 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or a comparable industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen).
