GR Flooring is growing, and were looking for someone whos ready to roll up their sleeves, learn a skilled trade, and build a long-term career in the flooring industry.

This is an entry-level role with real growth potential  we will train the right person. If you bring a solid work ethic, a valid drivers licence, and a good attitude, youll get hands-on experience in the field with opportunities to advance into flooring installation.

What Youll Be Doing

Tear-outs/removals of flooring materials (carpet, tile, vinyl, hardwood)

Surface prep: patching, levelling, cleaning, basic repair work

Assisting installers on job sites

Helping in-store and the warehouse when needed

Occasional deliveries (company vehicle provided)

Keeping job sites and the shop clean, safe, and organized

What Were Looking For

Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation to/from shop

Physically able to lift and move flooring materials

Positive attitude  willing to learn and take direction

Respectful, punctual, and steady  we value reliability

Can work full-time MondayFriday

Experience is not required  we care more about attitude and work ethic than a rsum full of jobs you werent excited about.
