Description

Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking a full-time Ag Business Specialist to support members in our Imperial-Liberty trade area.

About the Role
As an Ag Business Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for producers: building relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering solutions across crop inputs, feed & livestock supplies, fuel & oil, equipment, and building materials.
You'll work closely with our branch teams and commodity specialists to deliver excellent customer service, ensure successful product delivery, and help our members succeed.

What You'll Do
Build and grow customer relationships through farm visits, calls, and ongoing service
Identify business opportunities and support customers with product and service solutions
Provide knowledgeable, friendly support across our agriculture product lines
Coordinate with location teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory needs
Participate in industry and community events to support our agricultural network
Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up actions

Who You Are
Experienced in agriculture, sales, livestock, agronomy, equipment, or a related area
Confident building relationships and earning trust on the farm
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to support producers and coworkers
Strong communicator who enjoys working with people and being in the field
Mindful of the seasonal demands of agriculture, and committed to being present when our producers and communities need us most
Tech-comfortable and committed to continuous learning
