The ECO Coordinator is a key support role that helps ensure a high quality online course experience for students and instructors. This person will work directly under the Academic Dean and manage a student team to provide livestream, recording and editing support.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy technical details of recording and editing high quality audio and visual products, problem solving for online student experience as well as setting up effective systems to produce a consistent audio/visual product.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure livestream and recording equipment is properly functioning
Ensure livestream and recorded product have high quality audio and visual
Edit course recordings
Oversee student team
Provide tech support for instructors and online students
Provide expertise regarding the hardware and software needs to improve end quality and user experience
Communicate with students and instructors regarding the course platform
Were looking for someone who:
Has experience and expertise in recording and editing, and detailed knowledge of software and equipment, including but not limited to Zoom and Google Meet
Works independently with a high degree of initiative and reliability
Manages time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Communicates clearly in both verbal and written form
Has strong attention to detail and can work across multiple software platforms
Values collaboration and believes in the mission of disciple-making through higher education
