Description

McIntosh Sand & Gravel, an Outlook-based sand and gravel producer, is accepting applications for the position of Supervisor  Crusher & Plant Operations. This role oversees crusher crew members and plant operations for our mobile crushing operations that travel throughout Saskatchewan. Camp accommodations are provided at site when working.

Duties include:
-Supervising and coordinating crusher and plant crew members
-Monitoring daily operations of the crusher plant and equipment
-Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met
-Operating equipment and control tower
-Setup and takedown of plant equipment
-Troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance planning
-Training, mentoring, and evaluating crew members
-Coordinating with management on scheduling, logistics, and reporting
-Supporting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with company policies

Job Details:
-Shift work required: (10-4) or (7-7) rotations
-Must be willing to live in-pit at camp during shift
-Minimum valid Class 5 license required
-Previous crushing experience required
-Previous supervisory or lead hand experience in heavy equipment, crushing, or plant operations strongly preferred
-1A/3A license and mechanical aptitude are considered assets
