About Break Free:
Break Free Outreach Ministries Inc. exists to help people find hope, purpose, and opportunity. Through programs like EmpowerKids Adventure, Culinary Connection Hub, The Pantry, and much more, we serve children, individuals and families in North Central Regina with compassion and respect.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Program Coordinator to help manage and grow our community programs. This person will ensure our initiatives run smoothlycoordinating volunteers, maintaining schedules, and supporting staff to create positive, life-changing experiences for participants.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily operation of Break Free programs and activities
Schedule and support volunteers and instructors
Track attendance and maintain program records
Communicate with participants, families, and community partners
Support reporting, evaluation, and event logistics

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Social Services, Education, or Community Development (or equivalent experience)
Two to five years of experience coordinating community programs, outreach initiatives, or volunteer-driven services, preferably in a non-profit/charity setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with program coordination or volunteer management an asset
Compassion for those facing poverty and social barriers
Alignment with Break Frees evangelical Christian mission and values

***Must have a class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License.
