We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Machinist  Horizontal Boring Mill Operator to join our growing team.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have experience operating large horizontal boring mills (manual or CNC) to machine precision parts to tight tolerances. We're looking for someone with:

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate horizontal boring mills to produce custom, high-precision components
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints
Select proper tooling and machining parameters for a variety of materials
Ensure parts meet tight tolerances using precision measuring instruments
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:

5+ years of machining experience, preferably with horizontal boring mills
Experience with large/heavy parts and overhead crane operation is an asset
Strong understanding of machining practices, setups, and blueprint reading
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
