What you'll do:

Training, scheduling, guiding and directing shipping personnel to keep the flow of the warehouse at a high level
Understanding the business and making informed decisions to help create efficiency and accuracy
Inspect and record any damages or discrepancies
Organize and stock inventory in designated areas
Pick and pack orders for shipment
Create shipping labels and documentation
Coordinate with carriers for timely delivery

What you bring:

2-3 years of warehouse experience
1-3 years of leadership experience
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions
A background in logistics would be considered an asset
