The Prevention Coordinator will design, implement, and oversee culturally grounded prevention programs aimed at promoting holistic health, safety, and resilience within the Kahkewistahaw First Nations. This role focuses on addressing systemic issues such as substance use, family violence, mental health, and intergenerational trauma through community engagement, education, and partnerships with Elders, health professionals, and social services.
