We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old, fostering their growth and development through engaging educational activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid foundation in early childhood education principles.

Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
Lead classroom activities that encourage social interaction, creativity, and critical thinking.
Qualifications

Level 2 Early Childhood Educator or above required.
Experience in childcare or early childhood education settings required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
