The Role

Were hiring Assistant Operators to support both snow removal (winter) and lawn care (springfall) operations. Youll work with experienced operators to maintain residential and commercial properties using company equipment, learning the ropes and growing your skills each season.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role with room to advance into a year-round salaried position for high performers.

Winter Season

- Flexible daytime schedule (typically between 6 AM9 PM, depending on snowfall)

- No overnight shifts

- Operate snowblowers, shovels, and light equipment to clear driveways and sidewalks

- Use our mobile app for routes, photos, and updates  no waiting by the phone

Summer Season

- Lawn mowing, trimming, and cleanup

- Equipment care and maintenance

- Assist with fertilizer and weed control (training provided)

- Load/unload trailers and prepare daily routes

- Maintain safety and quality on every site

Qualifications

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- Strong work ethic and reliability  show up, do great work, and take pride in it

- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for scheduling

- Experience in lawn care or snow removal is an asset (training provided)
