Description

We are currently seeking a Baseball Instructor to work weekday evenings and various shifts on the weekends at our Regina facility.  You will instruct small groups in various skills, and we also do team practices on a turf field or diamond.

We are Looking For:
- Knowledge and Love of Baseball: You have experience playing competitive level baseball and have a passion for the game, which is contagious and can inspire players.  
- Positive and Encouraging: You will build a positive and encouraging learning environment where players feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.
- Provide Clear and Concise Instructions:  You are able to follow training plans provided to you and communicate instructions clearly and concisely, to players ensuring they understand what they need to do.
- Willing to Learn and Grow: You can learn the methods and techniques of the IP Way to ensure you are providing the high level of baseball instruction.
- Students: These positions are perfect for individuals currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
