Grandwest Enterprises Inc. is now hiring for a Full Time ADMINISTRATIVE position specifically in Accounts Receivable at our Saskatoon office.
Grandwest Enterprises is a locally owned automotive accessory Warehouse Distributor that has been serving the Canadian market for over 40 years.
Job Description:
- Review and process credit applications; assist management in setting credit limits.
- Review and approve sales orders prior to release.
- Code, process, and post customer payments accurately and promptly.
- Process and reconcile Cash daily.
- Conduct regular bank runs for deposits as required.
- Send invoices, account statements, and credit memos to customers.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue balances and follow up when necessary.
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our ERP system.
- Answer incoming customer and internal phone inquiries.
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the Credit Manager and other team members.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in French is considered an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required particularly through telephone calls
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude with a focus on customer service is required
- Prior credit granting or account collection experience is an asset
- Computer skills are an asset
- Diplomacy skills are an asset
