Job Description: Provides personal care and social/recreation/leisure activities to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of clients/patients/residents.

- Six (6) months experience in health care
Education
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)

Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work with special needs clients/patients/residents
Other Information
- If no qualified applicant(s) a conditional hire may be considered
- Conditional hire must complete required education/equivalent within 2 years
- Valid driver's license, where required

- No guaranteed hours. Must be available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period. Must be available all shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable.
